INCREASE YOUR INTENSITY AT ALL TIMES!
What do I mean by that, especially the phrase "at all times" ? you may wondering why. Let me tell you in two part.
1. Increase you intensity - you need to heighten your workout intensity as much as you can. When doing so, you will feel exhausted very quickly and find yourself sweating like a person just come out from the sweating pool. At this moment which you've just finished your workout, you will feel at lot better. You feel fresh.
The good news is you have burnt more calories! Even you're sleeping, you'll still be burning calories, which is called "after-burn effect". This effect is simply additional energy expenditure that occurs after exercise. The technical term is “excess post-exercise oxygen consumption” or EPOC, which clues you in as to what's going on. Importantly, it is only pronounced when you increase your intensity during your workout.

For example, person A and person B try to complete a 400m run. Completing a 400m run can be easy but time-consuming or hard but timesaving. Person A jogs to finish it. Person B sprints to finish it. Person A will find his/her heart beating a bit faster than normal but person B will struggle for breath which means that he/she is puffed. They might burn the same amount of calories during their workout but person B continues burning calories after up to 48 hrs whereas person A doesn’t show explicit after-burn effect. For person B, the after-burn effect can burn up to more than the amount of calories he/her burns during his/her workout. Significantly, you cannot train long when you train hard. Your body’s energy will be depleting very soon when working out with heighten intensity. For cardio, 5min to 20min, and for weight training, 30min to 60min. 2. At all times – this is
critical if you are a person wanting to be slim and toned. It’s actually very
simple. You just have to do whatever you are doing fast! For examples, instead
of walking with normal pace, you can brisk walk! Instead of doing climbing the
stairs step by step, you can climb by crossing 2 or more steps at a time! There
are also many ways to increase your intensity at all times. It’s about your
creativity! Moreover, when doing so, you will find yourself starting to sweat.
If your goal is to burn fat, then this is necessary for you. If you goal is to
attend a certain events or occasion, you might not want to do it as you want to
always look nice. At here, it’s all about your goal!
That’s all for the tip. I hope
you like it! Stay tuned and follow for more tips or articles.
