Why choose me?
First of all, I would like to emphasise that I love
coaching people. One of the reason being that I have a huge sense of achievement
when I transform a person’s physique. Since I was 15 years old, I have been
training in gyms, parks and home. I started doing research when I was 12 years
old. I have studied how human body functions and have trained at my maximum
effort. When I say “maximum effort”, it means 101% of intensity level.
Along the way, I train and diet properly and smartly
without taking any steroids(shortcuts). Of course, you will never want a
personal trainer that he himself had taken an easy way to build his physique,
will you?
When I plan a workout and diet to you, my clients, I will no
doubt check with you how the plan is to you and listen to your feedbacks so that I could
make any changes, if possible or suitable, to your program, while keeping the plan perfectly
functional and progressive. Some trainers, who I hate a lot, just offer a plan for their clients and never
bother about their feelings and their abilities to stick with it. More importantly, they do not even ask how they feel. In that case, if I am you, a client, I would totally feel like I am a machine rather than a human. Feeling about the plan is of critical importance. After time,
they just continue to bring them to another stage without providing any explanation
to their clients. Trust me, you will be utterly confused with the plan and be
frustrated at his way of doing work.
In consideration of my clients’ body shape, weight,
height, appetite and health, I only plan workouts and diet plan that my clients
can practically and easily stick with. Take note that “easy” does not mean the
plan are easy and effortless. Again, some trainer, which I hate a lot, copy and
paste training and nutrition plans that they plan for other clients or that are
copied from Internet. It is pivotal mentioning that everyone is born
differently. No one will be identical to another person. Even twins are not 99%
corresponding. Would you want a training and nutrition plan that are
specifically planned for others? You wouldn’t. I wouldn’t want such nonsense
too!
More Importantly, I never ever command them to do things.
Instead, I educate my clients on how, why, what, when and where to do this and
that. You know, it is human beings’ tendency to be lazy and give no concern and
care in things they do, which leads me to another fact. Many trainers never
bother about their past clients who had finished their programs. However, I turn
business relationships to friendships staying in touch with my clients although
they have completed my programs. At this point of time, I would still help them
if they still have any problem about fitness because I care for my friends.
