Causes of MYOPIA You need to know EARLIER

When your eyes are uncomfortable……

Do these phenomena happen to you or your body?
Eyesight is getting worse and the things far away can’t be seen clearly.
When using computer for a long while, your eyes start to feel fatigued and tired.
Recently, many children’s vision start to worsen and this has become a prominent topic of concern.

However, apart from the severe symptoms, most people perceive that there is nothing much to do with their worsen eyesight and continue to live their lives from day to day. Some even think that their myopia is genetic.

Moreover, when it comes to the treatments, especially the eye surgery, people even try to move away from them because of surgical fear. However, if you ignore eye discomfort, the worsening symptoms will intensify, thereby affecting your life.

When myopia or presbyopia are aggravated, everything in your sight will not be clear and is sometimes blurry. For example, you can’t see the distant objects and/or near objects, words in the books and magazines are indistinct. In this way, it will cause a bad impact at the work or in your living. Nonetheless, excessive use of computers causes dryness in eyes, deteriorating vision and sometimes, the eyes will also feel severe pain.

Additionally, eye discomfort usually lead to shoulder stiffness or headache, dizziness, making you uncomfortable. In fact, in accordance to a Chinese doctor when interviewed, he said, “Because of eye irritation, many patients came to me for treatment and I diagnosed shoulder stiffness and other symptoms of physical discomfort with them.
Eye discomfort, in fact, is a relatively serious problem. Also, it can be very troublesome when it comes to solutions.
Some may question:
“To ameliorate this problem, is there any easy and quick ways?”
“Stop wearing contact lens and glasses, will my eyesight recover?”

For these questions, some might have already undergone some eye treatments. Assume that all these ways are not working, should we consider and think of the fundamental problems that make our eyesight worse? Below are two main factors of cause.

Developmental factor
Newborn infants, the eye diameter is only about 2/3 of adults’ which is hyperopia. But with age, ocular axial lengths start to gradually lengthen. To about 15 years old, their eyes are basically the same as adults’ which are 24 mm long in diameter. If overgrown, ocular axial lengths become too long, forming myopia. This is called, “simple myopia” which happens more in the beginning of school age. Its degree of myopia are generally lower than 6 diopters (600 degrees) and at 20-year-old, its development ceases. If being in childhood, it progressed very quickly, at the age of 15 to 20, it will progress more quickly and eventually in the future, it will be slowing down. Such myopia is often higher than 6 diopters, up to 20 or 30 diopter (2000 to 3000 degrees). This myopia is called severe myopia, also known as pathological myopia. Such myopia will be accentuated when reaching old age and vision will also gradually diminish that glasses will never be helpful in seeing things anymore. Finally, eyes will become blind. Myopia is rarely born. Very few people are born with myopia and congenital myopia seldom has degenerative diseases.

External causes
1. Those working in front of the computer or electronic devices will get myopia more often.

2. Environmental pollution, especially air pollution has a considerable impact on the poor eye sight. Because corneal permeability, it is constantly exchanging gas with the gas outside world while 80% of the metabolism of oxygen comes from the air. When the air is polluted, hazardous and harmful substances are also bound to the pathway into the cornea during the gas exchange. After a long stretch of time, doubtless, it will affect the eyesight and this is especially so for the infants and adolescence. They may not pay attention to exercise and nutrition, and stick to a comprehensive and reasonable diet, leading them to be myopic. In addition, imperatively, not taking care of eye health, looking at close things after a prolonged period of time, the formation of myopia will occur very soon. Also, it is very terrible when pseudomyopia does not attract attention of people. When people continue using myopic eyes to look excessively, myopia retinas receive long-term external reflection and oculomotor commands extraocular muscles to sustain muscular diastole, mechanically pressuring scleral tissue in the extraocular muscles in long-term. The ball walls taper elongate expansion and decrease their flexibility. Annular ciliary muscle fibers remain tense and their resilience will reduce, preventing themselves from relaxation.

Do take note that :

  • This workout is extremely effective in burning fat, especially when you know how much calories to consume per day. You can check this by knowing your BMR which is the amount of energy expended while at rest in a neutrally temperate environment, in the post-absorptive state (meaning that the digestive system is inactive, which requires about twelve hours of fasting)
  • Calories consumption per day = your BMR calories + activity level
  • Importantly, eat more food that is high in protein and drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.

Be HAPPY FOREVER with ONLY 8 tips!!

Today, many of you are pursuing happiness and joy. While pursuing happiness, it is human nature to avoid sufferings, but the focus is on how to practice a happy life, providing yourself a nice long-term happiness, which is pivotal.

In fact, do you know that every little things, such as a small achievement or a smile from someone, can be a source of joy?  To be joyful, you need to remember this eight things below

1. Don’t forget your dream/goal

Happy people do not let themselves to forget their dreams. Believe in yourself, your dreams are possible. Take time to think about your life, and develop workable plan(s), then work the plan out to accomplish your goals or dreams. Please take note that you need to have many small goals completed in order to realise your big goals!

2. Be selfless

Selfishness will not make you happier. Most happy people are willing to share and help others and they always concern and consider about others first before themselves. To be a happiness-spreading person, you must be patient, kind and loving towards others.

3. Act positively

Actively strive to live each day with the best of yourself. Positivity is your greatest source of joy. When you know your intentions of your life, cherish the time and seize life, you will be filled with gratitude. Never forget to take positive action!

No matter how you are now, with a positive mindset, you will finally be able to fulfill your dreams.

4. Do not be jealous and envious

Try to think about what you have instead of what you do not. Try to strive for what you want, instead of envying what others have archived. Envy and jealousy will not make you happier and the replacement of them should be the ways of fighting for what you desire and getting your dream life.

Having a strong ambition is good, but being competitive and possessing the mentality to always compare with others are what bring about the unhappiness.

5. Listen to your heart

Listen to your heart, be yourself. This would make you happier. This means that you lead your life with your own immutable principles of life and values and are open to criticism and advice from others while not losing yourself and life direction.

Only when you listen to your own heart, then will you be really happy.

6. Do not allow yourself to feel regretful

Life is the most regrettable when you’re already old, then you start to realise that your have spent most of your lifetime doing something that you don’t like. Unfortunately, you realise this too late and you have been unable to change.

Cherish your life, spend every minute wisely so that you could make a nice and wonderful life without regrets and feel the happiness!

7. Have a grateful heart
Regardless of how you think of the world, thank it in every day of your life. In this way, then you can be happy. Thank your life, those who have helped you in your life. Nevertheless, be thankful that you can enjoy good food and life and learn to be grateful otherwise, you won’t get much. Do you know that in some countries, people are struggling to find food? Have you ever think of what poor people have when you are complaining that your life is not good? It’s ironic when you are complaining that your parents are not nice to you, yet some people born without parents still feel blissful, having caregivers or guardians to take care of them.

8. Do not waste your time
In life, you can never afford to waste your time. Dream big! Life is so short and it is not worth wasting your time over matters such as frustration, failure, depression. Whether you have or have not life goals and dreams, time is still going to pass and everything you are doing now is shaping your future life.

Life is all about managing your time, seizing the time and living the most out of it.

That's all for the weekly topic! I hope you like it! Please feel free to drop me a comment if you have any inquiries or feedback!

One SHOCKING tip you MUST try to burn more calories!!!

Have you ever wanted to burn more fat to meet your daily calories intake when you're consuming more than you need? This quick and amazing tip that I'm gonna share with you is proved to be helpful in burning more calories.

INCREASE YOUR INTENSITY AT ALL TIMES!

What do I mean by that, especially the phrase "at all times" ? you may wondering why. Let me tell you in two part.

1. Increase you intensity - you need to heighten your workout intensity as much as you can. When doing so, you will feel exhausted very quickly and find yourself sweating like a person just come out from the sweating pool. At this moment which you've just finished your workout, you will feel at lot better. You feel fresh.

The good news is you have burnt more calories! Even you're sleeping, you'll still be burning calories, which is called "after-burn effect". This effect is simply additional energy expenditure that occurs after exercise. The technical term is “excess post-exercise oxygen consumption” or EPOC, which clues you in as to what's going on. Importantly, it is only pronounced when you increase your intensity during your workout.

For example, person A and person B try to complete a 400m run. Completing a 400m run can be easy but time-consuming or hard but timesaving. Person A jogs to finish it. Person B sprints to finish it. Person A will find his/her heart beating a bit faster than normal but person B will struggle for breath which means that he/she is puffed. They might burn the same amount of calories during their workout but person B continues burning calories after up to 48 hrs whereas person A doesn’t show explicit after-burn effect. For person B, the after-burn effect can burn up to more than the amount of calories he/her burns during his/her workout. Significantly, you cannot train long when you train hard. Your body’s energy will be depleting very soon when working out with heighten intensity. For cardio, 5min to 20min, and for weight training, 30min to 60min. If you still do not know how to do, you can check out My Online Coaching Program ! It's now FREE to begin.
This is a bar graph showing estimated calories burnt during and after workout.

2. At all times – this is critical if you are a person wanting to be slim and toned. It’s actually very simple. You just have to do whatever you are doing fast! For examples, instead of walking with normal pace, you can brisk walk! Instead of doing climbing the stairs step by step, you can climb by crossing 2 or more steps at a time! There are also many ways to increase your intensity at all times. It’s about your creativity! Moreover, when doing so, you will find yourself starting to sweat. If your goal is to burn fat, then this is necessary for you. If you goal is to attend a certain events or occasion, you might not want to do it as you want to always look nice. At here, it’s all about your goal!

That’s all for the tip. I hope you like it! Stay tuned and follow for more tips or articles.
